I borrowed $250 from each of these companies and have not paid $865 to each of them. Obviously I have overpaid - what do I need to do to get my money back?

Hello, I'm looking for advice on how to consolidate some speedy loans that I took out in the past few months. I'm a college teacher, and I needed to get some quick money because of not having worked over the summer vacation, and I found about seven loan offers of about $200 each. Unfortunately, though, they each charge about a $60 biweekly fee that doesn't go to the principal! Who should I contact in order to find out how to consolidate these loans? Today i got a call saying that my loan was aprooved. if i fax in pay stubs the guy tried to tell me my job wasnt listed with a site called 411.com. so i passed up and he went on about how i was already loaned but needed pay stubs to verify employment i told him no Thanks and he went nuts and said i was still responiable for the pdl. i have been funded yet and i told him no thanks :shock:

Has anyone had any dealings with these people? I spoke to a ms.anderson and she said they are collection agency working on behalf of the law offices of john nicolia. I sent a complaint to the ftc and the rep i spoke to said that legitimate law offices do not go through a collection agency to collect a debt. Any comments?

Hi there, First of all I have to say thank you to everyone here for all the invaluable information you have placed on the forums. It has really helped me in knowing how to deal with these issues. Second, I need some help, and I am hoping someone here will know the best way to proceed from here. I am an authorized signer on a credit card, not the primary holder, so technically I know I am not obligated to pay the credit card debt. That being said, a family member (fm1)is the primary but the debt is mine not theirs.

I won't lie. I'm deep in debt, and it's my fault I got there. I got a bit behind with one card, and I can understand them calling ME to discuss the matter. But, now they're just flat out crossing the line. They have called my employer and they have called relatives of mine and discussed the debt in detail with THEM! This is an outrage! Why would they do something like this? I thought I had read that this was in violation of the privacy act. Is there anything I can do?

Does anyone have an address for these people? I need to send a cease and desist letter but can't find an address. I think they are also cash-advance.us

Can someone help me find address for National Cash II. I keep getting phone calls and emails from a crazy man named John Michaels. He has now been threatening me about calling my employer to get me fired. I am needing to send a cease and desist certified letter but can't locate the address anywhere. I searched the Texas Sec of State but the company doesn't appear in the database. The emails have the address cash-advance.us but I discovered that it's national cash II. Can someone help??
