I have 2 payday loans and I cannot get them paid off like I want. The interest is to much. I knew that going in but just didn't realize I would have this much trouble. Its making it hard for to pay my bills where I thought it would help. I should have knew better.

I have borrowed money from Western Sky payday loans.  My loan is for 1500 and now with interest it up to 1600.  This is a very high interest loan and I would like to get it paid off as soon as possible.  I do not have the best credit and would like to find a company that would loan me the money at a lower interest rate.

Is there any company that can help me?

I have 5 payday loans that I owe on. I live in Missouri.

1.  PayDayMax  borrowed 510    paid 276 

2. American Web Loan  borrowed 600 paid  360

3. Americash   borrowed 400  paid  175.48

4. Speedycash   borrowed 305  paid  280.00

5. Net Credit  borrowed  1200  paid 519.45

I have to find a way to pay these off. I have $1200.00 cash that I can put to paying them off but I dont know how to contact the companies to make the payment.

 

Is this loan legal in the state of NJ

I got a payday loan from UnitedCashLoans.com
I live in NJ. I BORROWED $450.00 AND TO DATE
PAID BACK $1, 050.00. They are still charging 
Me finance fees plus interest every 2 weeks.
What can I do to stop it?

Our bankruptcy was discharged in September of 2012.  Our house was included and the bank messed around and would not complete the reaffirmation paperwork so that we could reaffirm. We are continuing to make payments and have no intention of letting the house go. We are current on the payments.

hello....again :).  i got a call from a guy...dont know from where cause i cant hear him very well....he was a very nice guy too saying that he now has my file and needs a payment of $325 or there will be a lawsuit and i will be taken to court....this was a loan with Hydra....i paid about $600 total....can they really sue me?? i live in new york and know theyre illegal but these voicemails are really stressing me out.

I currently have payday loans out I can't pay them all what is the best solution I am waiting to get my tax return when do they usually put you in collection and send you to court. I live in Kansas.

I have a received a letter from the National Debt Validation Services Form 11-USM1,  The letter was in Chinese, and the letter said that I've been selected to participate in the National Debt Validation Service, their phone number is 18666597965. I checked online, there's no such form, is this a spam?

 

Defaulted Sallie Mae loan-Tax Refund

Hello. I received a student loan thru Sallie mae about 10 years ago and i recently defaulted on this loan. I only owe about $1500 and I received a letter saying they were going to garnish my wages. I am out of work right now and so they told me they are going to take my Tax Refund, Will they take the whole amount ( i usually get about $3000-$4000) or only what i owe? Will i still receive the remainder? I wouldnt mind if they do this as it would finally pay off my loans.
