i have 5 pdl's: fox enterprises-borrowed $250/pd $225 unitedcashloans-$400/pd 240 nationwide-$300/180 paychecktoday-$300/pd 270 kenwood services-$250/225 i have sent them c and d letters which revoked authorization and any wage assignments though i don't think i signed any. i also faxed a copy to adp which does my direct deposit. i closed my checking account and though the bank manager assured me that they wouldn't go through, my closed account is showing negative.

Has anyone been able to add Credit one bank and/or Bill Me Later into their debt consolidation program? The company I want to hire says these 2 accounts don't work with their program. Thanks a lot in advance.

I got a payday loan from Arrowhead Investments for 200 on August 27, and I couldn't make the first payment which was scheduled for September 19th due to my job layoff. However, 3 days later they sent me an saying they had sent my file to AIS Services. So early October I called AIS trying to setup payment arrangements, and every payment arrangement I setup they refused, unless it was for the full payment. I have made several attempts to make a payment arrangement and they won't accept and now they say I owe 320.00.

On 07/04/02 I went to the emergency room and ended up with a bill for $5000. Long story short, I've never been able to pay the bill and never so much as sent $1. (I know I should have paid something, but that's not the point now, really) I never acknowledged or denied the debt in any way, verbally or written. Today I received a summons to court. The date they filed is 10/22/08. Connecticut has a 6 year statue of limitations but what I'm trying to figure out is when the 'clock' begins on that. The day I went to the hospital? The first time it was late? Etc??

Help! I'm at a loss. I just realized after "assuming" these payments were being made that my employer is not sending in payments to the CA who is taking care of the student loan. Not only is there behind payments, but interest, and fees have accumulated. What to do?

Anyone heard of First American debt relief? I received a flyer that had my exact amount of debt on it. I wanted to find out how they got that information. I spoke to **** *******.

Has anyone heard of a company called call for cash? They keep calling my phone asking if I want a Payday loan (yeah right). I need contact info so I can tell them to stop. Stupid me deleted out the voicemail.

Hi. This is my first post, i'm hoping i can get some helpful information. I got a fake summons on october 21st from MEL Harris & associates for an account that i do not recall. I'm not saying that i don't owe the money, i just honestly don't know what it's from because i don't remember having a card with this debt in 2006. They even stamped the fake summons with the name of the court in my county. So, thanks to this website i sent a very detailed letter requesting validation, this was received by them on october 25th.

Is getting an auto consolidation loan better than refinancing?

I am filing for chapter 7 pro bono for credit card debts. The bulk of these debts were incurred trying to help my son by paying some of his business expenses. I have never been an officer of his companies, and have never owned any part of them. Would these debts be considered personal (as they are for family) or business? Thanks!!
