I've sent my c&d letters, I've closed my account...at what point do I try to set up payment arrangements to pay back the principle of the loans? I live in Florida and these are ipdls with ameriloan, United Cash and PDL Yes. Thank you!

BofA refuses to refund any NSF fees that they assessed on my checking account due to ameriloan violating the ACH revocation agreement 3 times. That is ten NSF fees @ $35. I can't afford this. What do I do?

Well, thanks to so much help I've received (and I thank all of you), I have closed my bank account. BofA was extremely helpful and understanding. I'm from Florida so I'm not sure what applies to the ipdls and what doesn't, but I will send C&D emails today and follow up with certified mail. From what I understand or have read ameriloan, United Cash Loans and Paydayloan-Yes all are not licensed. Florida Law states that regardless of geographic location they must be licensed with Florida and they are not, the loans are not collectable.

I would like to know the difference between Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy. I have heard that this forum is very informative. Can anyone help me.
