I only have one loan, for $200. With ACHloan. I've found a lot of helpful info on these forums, and have managed to at least get to their site, but my password and ID won't work, even after I change them. I borrowed $200. I've paid the $74 fee three times now and can't get in touch with them to pay the loan off. I'm in a bankruptcy and haven't contacted my lawyer about it, because I have the funds to pay it off... just can't get to them to instruct them to do it. Any help?

Hello, I am working on a report to help get payday loan stores closed down in my community. Part of our report will consist of testimonals and stories from individuals who have been taken advantage of by payday lending stores. Is anyone willing to share their story, consisting of why they took the loan out, how many times they have been flipped, and anything else? All submissions will be anonymous in our report. Please help out a college student!

Hi, I'm new to this site and need some help. I live in Tn and I have 3 payday loans. The one here at home is Check into Cash, and 2 over the internet,Payday One and One click cash. I have had accounts with all of these for over 3 years. I never had trouble paying them til recently. I gave a medical bill collector my checking acct info over the phone and the next thing I knew was, they were taking out alot more for the payments than I agreed on. Well sure enough it got me behind and here we go.

Is there an honest company out there that can really help with debt reduction and/or settlement? Many thanks

They do apparently use Chexsystems. I was just denied an account with them due to my Chexsystems report.

i have an agency that is calling asking for me by first name only. doesnt verify me just goes striaght into telling me i owe and how much. they never give mini maranda or anything. i have spoken with a supervisor there and still they do this it has happened 2 times in the last week now. what can i do

Mann Bracken has now validated the debt and is calling again. Now what can I do. Is there a letter I can send stating that I cannot afford payments right now? I am currently in settlement with two cc companies and will be complete with them in June 2009 and can then start working on the next ones.

:shock: I would like to know how exactly (in steps) would I go about fixing my own credit. I have a 558 credit score, with TONS of stuff I don't even know existed, and the credit report is pretty recent. I'd like to know what I should do, from sending my initial letter (and how it should be worded) to the second rebuttal letters. Any help would be AWESOME! Thanks!

I never received a request to appear at a small claims hearing, I did however receive the judgment because I apparently defaulted by not going. I immediately contacted the court and went to pick up original filing against me. Now here is where it gets interesting, it was addressed to me in my Maiden name ( I was married in 1996) I showed up for the payment review schedule and filed a motion to vacate judgement since I never received original summons,also requested Debt val. Doc's form attorney on record that was over 30 days ago and I have court today to rule on my motion to vacate.
