Cash Net USA and FEES

I am curious if anyone has ever dealt with Cash Net USA.  They advise they are not a "payday" loan company, however, payments are set-up around your paydays - isn't that the same??  Also - they do not charge interest however they charge outrageous fees. I am having a problem and I am seeking any information regarding laws regarding LARGE unnecessary fees  INSTEAD of interest.  HELP

Hello all!  I know this a common story for you, but I do need some advice on what to do about these payday loans.  I am in Oklahoma, and all of these were taken out online.  I've read through the forums, and know that I should send them all letters.  I'm not sure though if they are illegal or not.  My other problem would be that I don't really want to close my account.  That would be a last resort.  Any help you can give me is much appreciated.  I hope that someday I'm able to get past all of this and offer advice.

I have 6 legal loans out that I cannot pay on. 3 of them are storefronts and 3 are online that are CSO's. I'm just wondering what advice can someone give me about these. I am falling behind on all my bills and most of my utilities are getting ready to be shut off. I know you can make EPP to some of them but it still leaves me without any money for bills. Is there any one the can help with legal lenders or consolidate them all into 1 payment? Thanks for any advice.

I could use some help; I've read some of the post great information.

I live in TN and I have 3 PDL's
Anasazi Group LLC  Borrowed $390, Paid $450
Liquid Cash Online Borrowed $500, Paid $0
Western Sky / Cash Call Borrowed $2525, Paid $204.75

They all have P.O. Boxes, On everything I get from Liquid Cash it says they are from Costa Rica.

could someone tell me if 21st mortgage is in the names of the banks whom have to pay back to the people they repoed homes from

Original lender is Advance America. I took out this loan in 2007. A lot was going on at that time that I was not able to pay them back. I did not close my bank, my bank froze it and eventually closed it. (which I had to pay them all the overdrawn). I was scammed so many times by companies that did not exist  this past 2-3 years regarding a payday loans. And yes, I was one of them who paid all those money and to basically just strangers. I did not know about all this at that time.

I have 4 loans i live in IL.

Ameriloan for 600.00 i have payed 360.00 as of today

Hydra Fund 1 200.00 i have payed 780.00 as of today i already know this one is illegal

Great plains lending 300.00 i have payed 186.06 as of today

Western Sky 1500.00 i have payed 2622.62 as of today

I think all the payday loans are illegal in my state but having trouble finding out for sure.?

Do you give the bank one letter that you give to all pdls or a copy for each pdl?  I am unclear exactly what is given to the bank.  Thanks.

I have multiple payday loans that I just asked for because my wife and I bought a house and needed money for closing. 

Trying to figure out if these are legal in houston,tx and if not what do i need to do to pay off prinicipal for them.

Mother in Hospice ?

My mother is in Hospice care & physically and mentally doing very poorly.  This past Friday a company representing the nursing home she came from served her papers for a dept of $24,000 and change.
