Hello, I am in work and trying to do some research, but we do have filters which prevents me from accessing certain sites. I am wondering if there is a phone number or email address for T&C. I have payday loans and am at the point where I can't even breathe with my current situation. Thank you.

Yesterday I contacted Cashnet USA about a payday loan that I have with them for $668.81 that will be defaulting on Wed 11/12. They were helpful and allowed me to set up 3 equal payments to pay it off, but did tell me that my debit would have to be returned before the arrangements could go into affect because of the state that I am in (Michigan). I am not super happy about that, but am willing to accept it and pay the NSF charges to get this taken care of.

Loan Shop Online debited my new account that I had setup after closing the checking account that had been used to make payments to PDL's. Loan Shop is not authorized to ACH debit the new account. How did they find it and what should I do-- already contacted the bank and got the unathorized ach form

I was able to negotiaþe 3 CC's down to 50% or less but the other two won't budge below 80%. I'm worried if I don't take their 80% I nay get sued. Any advice?

Need some help.. quick !! I just found out I got served a summons about 2 1/2 weeks ago. The summons was given to my daughter who had no idea what it was and placed it on my desk with out telling me ...The summons is for Capital One from Mann Bracken llc. It's for a credit card I had from Capital One balance of 4k. I got behind in my payments and the account got sent to a collection.
