I tried to save some Social Security 'retroactive' money just for a 'very bad day'. Now I have a judgment on my Social Security Disability. I presume I can have no bank account. --or one direct deposit one that is protected ?? I can't be the only one BUT does a collector/law firm automatic know if somebody has a bank account anywhere in USA ?? If I had a checking account say in Ohio and I'm in Connecticut they would know about it instant ??

I have one storefont PDL that I have been paying on every pay check since June. I don't have the money to pay it off, and I am not late on the payment. Is there some other way to get this off my back. The company is Unloan Company which is a branch of Unbank. It is for $300.00 and the fee is $27.00. Thank you

I opened a new checking account early September, my previous checking account was closed about 2 weeks ago for overdrafts due to pay day loans. I had been using my new account with checks and debit card for 2 months now, no issues. Even after 2 months do I still need to worry that my new account will be closed. Thanks

They're both storefront locations in Wisconsin. The first one is Check Advance. The loan is for $732.00. I have paid a total of 1,188.00 since June. The second is Checkmate with a loan amount of $360.00. I have paid a total of $120.00 so far. If anyone could give me some advice on what I could do, I'd greatly appreciate it. _________________

Need some help.. quick !! I just found out I got served a summons about 2 1/2 weeks ago. The summons was given to my daughter who had no idea what it was and placed it on my desk with out telling me ...The summons is for Capital One from Mann Bracken llc. It's for a credit card I had from Capital One balance of 4k. I got behind in my payments and the account got sent to a collection.

Hi, My husband and I are about to graduate from a Masters program. Our combined private student loan debt is $300,000! We are sooo scared because there is no way we will be able to pay $7,000 a month. Our debt is higher than the average student because we put ourselves through school We had no grants, no money saved, no nothing. Also, every year of studies we were raising two boys. Sallie Mae doesn't want to tell me our options because we are not in repayment yet. We are in our 6 month grace period. I need to know, however, what are our options so we can prepare for rough times.

Hi, I have a credit card debt of about 6500 and my car got repo'd and now owe 9975. I used to work for a very good company and was getting paid 80 grand a year but things changed and had to move and now i live in ct and had to settle for a 32000 a year job with commission. But i don't want to factor that in with my expenses. Also, i ahve no car and i am using my sisters car. I want to get a new one so i was thinking of getting a loan with my sister as coborrower to better my chances and enough loan to pay the 9975, 6500 and a new car into one monthly payment.

I have been with FDRS for many months. I have followed the program step by step. I unfortunately got myself into debt and was too embarrassed to ask anyone for help. I signed up with FDRS and was told that CCDN would help me on the legal end. I was in contact with Tracy Webster as well and he did not help me at all. After being summons, I defaulted and I did not go to court because I was told CCDN would take care of it and would notify ME if I had to do anything. They never called. I had all my money taken out of my checking account.

I have mailed letters, file complaints and still no one is willing to work with me. I want this to end. What else can I do to stop this

Hello, Can anyone tell me who the "Bureaus" represents? They are on my credit report. I will call them once I find out who they are. Any help would be appreciated.
