I had a repossession several years ago. I understand that the Car Co resells the vehicle to recoup the money. On my credit report it shows that the Car co charged ti to profit and loss. Can they still come after me for any money once it was charged off?? Can they sell that to a collection agency and that agency come after me for any money??

Im a currently 25K in debt and would like to get out of it PERIOD... i have personally made improvments by only using cash. where do I start? looking for debt consolidation. how do i know if they are good or not? Any Recommendations on who to go with or get infro through? im located in the DFW area. thanks-

Alright, Ive been reading and searching on the forum VERY helpful... But my concern is where to start? I work 2 jobs go to schoolfull time and deep in debt 25K 5K student loans the rest is the past... how do i Start getting Rid of such a debt? where to start i am really interested at this point to do Consolidated debt. \ thanks

i am a soldier in afganistan and my wife wrote a check to wal-mart and it was declined. i need to contact telechecks to find out why we rarly have phones avalible is there a wb site i can go to find out why it happened or how to pay it

I took out a loan with 1000cashovernight.com who apparently is payday2go.com and Int'l Payment Services. The loan was for $300.00.

I live in Ohio. I have a storefront payday loan with always payday. It was for $500 with a fee of $75. I was not able to pay it when i was due and i defaulted on my agreement. I then paid then $100, then another $100, leaving my balance at $399 left to owe because of the returned check charge in received from them for $24. At eh very end of sept. i received a letter from a local attorneys office about stating that i now owe $591, and for validation of the debt i needed to send a request within 30 days.

Is to cap Payday loans at 36% apr across the board!

Is it possible to remove a paid judgement from my credit report.....does anyone have a sample letter.??
