 I had a cell phone thru bluegrass cellar. To keep in Comtact with my dying mother of cancer.in 2008. I had my phones taken from me when we took her to St. Louis. I turned in my phones as being stolin and a month later I received a bill for $6500.00  I was shocked and again called them as they told me Iam liable for this bill after a lo g time of arguing and being transferred from one person to the next. They told me it will be taking off and that the phones was t shut off right away.

 

2 CA letters within a week

Thanks for any help.

My husband just received 2 letters about a debt he supposedly has with G.E. Capital.  Both letters state diff. amounts but the same account number (14 numbers?)

This supposed debt has never been on a credit report and I have reports for him back to 2005.  

Do I send them debt validation letters? Do I contact GE Capital first? He was married at one time and the ex isnt exactly above having opened an accout but it would have been years ago and I dont have any proof or info of this happening.

I made the mistake as many here and got myself in a bind.

I have loans with

AdvanceMeToday
CashCure

I have been paying on the last 2 for about 2 months now. I paid in 450 Each with loans of 500 and 600.

Are these guys principle only or do I have to pay the fees also

I Live in WI, I can not seem to find out 100% of these lenders are legal there.

I like to be able to pay in my terms. I will pay them back, just not @ 150 every two weeks.

 

How to switch payments to lenders

I need to know how to change my payment arrangements for my payday loans. If I get a pre paid card will the companies take the payment from them? If so how do I go about doing that? I have to stop the payments coming out of my bank account immediatly.

Had to share,  just got this letter - now remember I borrowed from WS- $2600 with a $75.00 processing fee and paid total of $1126.53 total in payments before finding this site in Oct! Leaving a balance of $1398.47 - which I plan on eventually paying when they are done with their foolishness. Today I get a letter in the mail dated Jan 4th - Telling me that I have a total due now of $3864.87...

I became over whelmed with payday loans and cannot not pay them right now.  I realize that payday loans are an irresponsible solution when you are already having money problems and I have paid some of them well over what I borrowed in interest.  Once the problem started to cause me to not pay rent, electricity, etc.  I just shut my account down, sent the companies a certified letter stating that I am unable to pay at this time and fielded the calls.  One company in particular, has hired someone who says he is a lawer and someone who  is a process server to

I just checked my reports and have 3 inquiries from Joe Pazzuto Law Firm. I dont have debt or owe anyone nor have I recieved anything from them. The inquiries were 4 months ago. Is this legal? Why and how can they do this?  I am in Afghanistan and cant stay on phone with them.
