Can anyone tell me if they are licensed to collect in Arizona? ARM is calling me about Cash Advance Network and Paychecktoday.com and AIS is calling about SGQ or Eastside Lenders, I dont know which because they just left a message tonight. ARM has been abusive, they just scream and yell.

I have a question. I revoked authorization on a company that was debiting my account. They ignored the authorization revocation and I have gotten 10 NSF fees at my bank. My bank is BofA. If I go in with the revocation proving that I withdrew the permission of this company to autodebit, doesn't the bank have to refund those NSF fees?

I just filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau and according to them they are not in business anymore in NN. Is that where they are working out of?

i have 40K in credit cards, all of them an average of about 18%. i'm avoiding the settlement route because i'm paying a lot more than the minimums; just going to take me a long time! any suggestions other than credit counseling? thank you.

How does consolidation work? Will you contact the collection agencies to validate the debt or will I have to? Will you consolidate all debts regardless of how old they are?

I have some debt, $7000, with Discover bank. I have been unable to make a deal with there collection agency. I learned that back in February they filled suite, for arbitration, which is set for the end on November. I have never been served for this court hearing. I know about it because my count has a public access website. What can I do if I am not served? Also if it goes to court and a judgment is granted, can they levy my bank account if it is joint with my wife, and the debit is wholly mine from pre marriage? I live in PA. Thanks
