Blue Hippo is threatning me that they are going to take any of my property, they also filed a suit against me with my local court, I think it is a civil, but my question is can they take anything, even though I really don't own anything? :?:

My ex and I had a house. We divorced in 2003. He let the house got through foreclosure. There was a small second mtg with Chase, ( used to be Bank One) It was to have been paid in full when we took the new mortgage in 2000. Now they are calling me, I have no money & told them the house has been through foreclosure and it was done in a Sheriff's sale. I know there was paperwork from Bank one in 2000 showing paid, but since its foreclosed I have no access ot it and since I am divorced and haven't lived there in 6 years, will they just file foreclosure papers or what? _________________

My husband's ex was in the habit of applying for credit cards and signing his name on the app as the cardholder but then getting an authorized user card for herself. We've had two accounts disappear off his CR after explaining the situation to one OC (billing addresses didn't match after they split up) and the other by providing a requested a fraud affidavit. Neither one ever went to court, but a fraud alert had been placed on his CR. Now there's a big one looming that might.

What are the rules with loans from other countries? I have 2 from Costa Rica and Panama. Do I have any basis for arguing these loans? Also, anyone have experience getting a PIF from EZ Payday Cash in Utah? Help please. Thanks.

I'm working with Care One and they want to refer me to Persels and associates llc for a debt settlement program. Our credit sucks - so I'm not worried about a settlement program damaging our credit- I'm more concerned about the fees. The guy from care one, said I'd have to pay 100.00 to retain Persels & Associates debt settlement company. What other fees do they make you pay? I read online that a lot of times they want the fees up front. I can not afford a lot of fees - hence why I'm looking into a debt settlement. Does anyone have advice on this?
