hi dawnlango7 i'm sorry that i didn't answer you before but the names of the company are vip cash loans and the other is ezcashloan and one of the is 400 and the other is 300 and i have paid the whole amount just in interest

if this can be answered - we are thinking about filing chapter 13 is there anyway to know or figure out what the monthly payments would be? If not, once they tell you in court can you back out if you can't afford them?

Hi - just got off phone with Chase. Owe approx 18,000 - 4,000 of it is interest since I stopped paying/using it. a few months ago. They hard lined me that the lowest mnthly they would take is $350 and wouldn't lower my balance due at all. But they did go to 6% interest. I agreed but then they wanted access to my checking acct to take the $ out. And I said "no". They got really mad. I still said no and they said "no deal". Anyone have any advice? Do you think they'll still be willing to negotiate later? I threatened them with my possible filing for bankruptcy. Thanks.

I was wondering if anyone here could help me out with this. I have an account with orchard back which was sent to nco. I then went and spoke with orchard bank and they said that i could set payments up with them on their website. I've gone ahead and done that. Now my question is how do i go about letting nco know that i'm making payments this way, because when i spoke with them the lady said that since it was sent to them i had to make my payments through them.

Back in August of this year we kept getting calls from United Processing looking for my sister in law. We were shocked that they had found us given 1.) we live about 2000 miles away from her, and 2.) she has a different last name than we do (she's married). They left several messages saying they were going to arrest SIL if we (or her) didn't call them back, that it was a Federal indictment, etc. and so forth. At that time my MIL and FIL were visiting, so they finally got ahold of SIL and I guess she called them. The calls stopped. This morning at 7:09 a.m.
