So I need some advice on proceeding towards settling the rest of my PDL's. Out of 9 only 1 has settled, PIF, so far (webpayday). 1 has responded (payday-loan-yes), basically saying the usual BS like I am governed by there laws even though I live in MA, etc. Many of the rest did not respond to my email but sent emails denying me of a new loan, I did not apply for.

Has anyone dealt with Friedman and Wexler LLC?

Some questions or legal help needed. Apparently discover bank filed a lawsuite against me in PA. I owe about 7K and can;t pay all at once. The arrbitration hearing is scheduled for November 25th but I havent been served yet. What should I do if I am not properly served by the 24th? Also Is it true in PA they cannot garnish wages and they can't levy a joint bank account? The debt is all mine and was mine before I got married? Looking for some help here? Thanks

should I make a counter offer on a settlement amount the last day of a collection agency's deadline date to settle?

Does anyone have a professional letter to sent to creditors that are threatening garnishment??

I have 8 of these suckers (all storefront). I switched the info for all of them from a Bank of America account to a Navy Federal account several loans ago. All loans are currently holding a Navy Federal check. Can they try to take funds from my Bank of America one?
