Is there a backdoor for Equifax? I have the Experian one and then the Transunion one, and I've searched for the Equifax with no luck ... HELP SOMEONE PLEASE!

I recently saw that I have a creditor under the name of Unistates and I can not get in contact with them. I was wandering if they are affiliated with Hilco receivables llc.

Please can someone help me?!!!! I live in Texas and after my husband from laid-off I was desparate to cover all our essential bills and I resorted to PDL's.

Okay I posted a previous post about ORCHARD BANK, but now I have another situation. I just viewed my credit report and this is what it says about my account with Orchard Bank (HSBC): Transferred, closed/Account charged off. $344 written off. Date Opened: 12/2006 Charge of as of 5/2008 Creditors Statement: Purchased by another lender. Now on my report it also shows: The bureaus inc (which I guess is the lender that purchased this debt from HSBC) Status: Collection acct.

Okay, I have an attorney that says he can probably get the PDL, which lent to me without license in my state, to settle for little to nothing. I sent the lawyer my payment to get things started and it has been TWO weeks and their bank still has it. It still hasnot cleared my bank. I now have the PDL ready to make a w/d from my account again on Friday and I can't close the acct b/c the lawyers payment still hasn't cleared! And they can't send the letter to the PDL until it does! Anyone have ANY ideas here? I am SO frustrated and have called the law office a few times.

I have a closed charge off account w/Orchard Bank and I am trying to figure out how I should deal with them. My credit limit was for 300 and now the balance is over 700 do to fees and me falling behind on my payments. My account was sent to a collection company Credit Buerus is the name I think, but I do not know where to start.

I have about 3000 in payday loans with 12 diffrent lenders and I cannot make payments any longer. i am falling behind in my rent and utility bills. can someone give me assistance or the best possible way to bring this to an end.

Due to an upcoming wedding in our family, I called our credit union to increase our home equity credit line. At that time I found 2 credit card liens had been placed on our property. The liens were in my spouse’s name and I was not aware of them until now; they are both about 2 years old. My spouse is unable to work and is on disability; other than her name on the title to our home, she has no assets. I would like to begin the settlement process, but don’t know how to proceed. Is it too late to ask for a debt validation?
