Can a payloan center collect on a defaulted loan in the US, under republic malta laws?

Ok I currently have (5) PDL's out. I live in the state of Kentucky. 1. Loan Point USA (Internet Lender) = $300 (120 fee) 2. Cash Express = $435 (65 fee) 3. Check'n Go = $425 (75 fee) 4. Check Into Cash = $350 (61 fee) 5. Advance America = $350 (61 fee) I've been rolling this over every two weeks for what seems like a year. I desperately want to get this resolved, I could certainly pay them off completely in two paychecks IF all my other bills could wait.

Is anyone on here ever represented themselves in family court in regards to child support owed from non-custodial parent :roll: ? Woud like to file complaint against Judge and definetely my sister's attorney for neglecting to file an appeal within 30 day time period.

I have read a lot of your posts and it seems you are very good at digging up dirt on companies that are rip offs. I spoke with a company called Federal debt relief System and they said they could make my debt go away. It sounds to good to be true. Could you please or anyone try and see if you can dig up any dirt on them or who they were or are affiliated with ?

My husbands capital one card got sold to Resurgent. They hired SCI to collect for them. I get a phone call this evening. The lady immediately starts going on about how Resurgent knows that we have a home and that they will sue for a lien on the home if we don't set up a payment arrangement. She tells me that Resurgent isn't in a position to offer low payments because they know that we only have 2 collection accounts on my husbands credit and that we have a home and my husbands credit score is good so we can get a loan to pay it off. At this point I HAD to correct her.

how can I add good credit info not reported to credit agencies?

Which company is more reputable? RAM Financial Services or Oak View Law? I need to choose one by the end of the week? I've read things about them both online, 70% negative 30% positive (of that 30%, 20% from employees/owners of the companies) Please help.

I happened on the site quite by accident but am thrilled that I did....it seems like I am not the only one with PDL problems....Can anyone help?? I live in Alaska and the companies I am dealing with are GRC $375.00 have paid $450.00 NLS $375.00 have paid $528.00 Cash supply $500.00 have paid $315.00 it seems like a vicious circle that I can't stop...
