How do I get out from under the 3 pdl's that I have

Hello all, Loans from internet: EZ Payday Cash: original loan -$400 - pd - $650 Loanpoint USa - original loan - $500 - pd $599 BIG - original loan - $200 - pd - $145 Thinkcash - original loan - $500 - pd - $167.56 (9 more pymts) Loans from storefronts: Check into cash - $450 - owe $517.50 Check Smart - $400 - owe - $460 Cashland - $600 - owe $680 I have paid Town & Country to help consolidate (2 days ago) My bank put stop payments on all internet, but they still went through. I requested a 'hard hold' today. Changed accounts also and redirected direct deposits to new account.

I was wondering if anyone has ever dealt with a company called check reslutions??? I just rcvd a call from a gentleman stating that he needed to serve a summons on me and that I needed to call this 888 number back asap. So I called the number back and the woman that answered said it was check reslutions and when I inquired as to why they were calling they stated that I had a PDL with check n go from august of 2007 and that they sent a summons to my county and the gentleman called me as a courtsey.

If you request a fee waiver with the court to pay in installments, do they file your petition after everything is paid, or can they process your application as soon as they receive the 1st payment?

I am slowly getting all my illegal Internet PDLs and Legal storefront PDls under control. it has been a difficult thing to do but: I now have 2 out of 3 illegal PDLs paid in full I have 4 storefront pdls: 1 is in default right now (50 days) The defaulted PDL is Check N Go --- it is at 50 days old. Do they have to send me a Dunning Letter before they sue me in court? Thanks

The other day one of my friends suggested profina debt solutions to me. Anyone here has any prior experiences with this particular debt management company? Please advise.

I have a few cards whose balances are under $1000. 3 at $800, and 3 at $600. Will they typically settle at 50% or less? I'm about 60 days late right now. When should I ask to settle? I have enough saved to settle at 40% right now for these 6 cards. That still leaves me with all the larger cards and I'd have to start the savings all over again. It would take me at least 6 months to save enought to settle at 40% with the big cards. So I guess me question is should I try to settle with the smaller balances first or just wait for the cards to offer me a settlement?

Sorry I put the wrong name, anyone used Superior Debt Services successfully in GA? Are they a lawyer based company?
