Well --- I had defaulted on a loan with magnum Cash Advance out of Delaware. The total of my loans was $971.83 --- I had paid $741.48 to date. So morally I should only owe $230.35 correct?

identity theft advice please.17 years 7 months ago Hi, I gave my x-gf my bank information including my card number and my online banking password (obviously wasn't a wise decision). Anyways, after we separated, she used it to pay her credit card bill (almost $5000) using online banking. When i contacted my bank to stop it, she claimed that I'm that I approved this transaction and that's why she did the transfer!! and she showed them the mail i sent to her with my information long time ago!
Now, shall I hold responsibility for this? what shall i do? please advice me, or tell me how to get my money back if it is possible?
Regards

Things just keep popping up...17 years 7 months ago I have been trying to fix my husbands credit for the last year. It seems evertime I make a step forward, we have new things pop out of the wood work. So I come to all you savvy knowledgable people with a few questions about 3 different debts we have.
1) Asset Acceptance (god I HATE THESE ONES): 3 years ago a credit card was stolen that was issued by HSBC. We cancelled the card and were told the balance was 0 on it so we didnt get a new one because we never used it anyway. Well turns out it wasnt cancelled right away I guess and we ended up owing $219 on it.
