Between Heathmill and Cash Today Ltd. and all its several dozen affiliates; this is perhaps the biggest worldwide scam going today. The best thing to do is ignore them. If you can't hire a lawyer. Trust me, this is what I have done. I owe these people nothing...yet they still call my job over 50 times a day. Aaron Gershfield is nothing but a weasel and a coward that hires slaves for pennies an hour. Heathmill needs to go down!

Just got a call from Asset Acceptance claiming that I owe a couple of hundred dollars on an SBC account. I don't even recall having an SBC account, but in any case, it's been more than 10 years since I lived in the state where I would've had such an account. What should I do? I asked them to send me something in the mail confirming everything. Somehow they have my current address and phone number (I just moved again in July!). Please help! FM

I need help fast. I just received a call from Nash from an affadavit company in SanDeigo Ca. He wouldn't tell me the name of his company. He said that an affadavit would be downloaded tomorrow at noon with charges against me from 1st US Bank (he would not tell me the name of the payday loan). He said he was calling to get my attorneys information (which I don't have one) and said I would be arrested at my job tomorrow. I am scared out of my mind!!!

I had my bank account closed due to taking advances from the bank it was in a negitave and had to wait for the 30 dys but they went ahead and closed it since it racked up to 800 dollars and I would like to be able to open another back up with the same bank could I open 2 of them and have one as a deposit only to pay off the old one

I'm almost $18K in two credit card debt and need to get out. Can anyone give a couple of good reliable settlement companies? I am so confused as to whether or not there are any out there that actually work.

My wife & I have a 2nd mortage with citi. It is paid and up to date. I have a second loand with them. Me alone. A signature loan. I am behind 2 months, and they are calling my wife at her work. Can they do that? Is that not illegal? She is not on the loan. I thought they could not discuss loan details about this loan with her??
