Does anyone have a PDL with First Bank of Delaware?

Hello, I just got off the phone w/Bank of America, and they are charging off my business credit card of $12k (I used to own a company, but due to economic reasons, went out of business over 6 months ago). They told me they are turning over my account to their attorneys, as they don't use collection agencies. Do you know what the next step will be? What should I expect?

How do I go about finding out if the PDL's are legal or not?

You all are amazing, the information you share is awesome. Now that I realize that one click cash is illegal in Delaware what is my next step. My initial loan was for $300.00 - I have made four payments of $90.00 each for a total of $360.00 without paying any principal. What would be the best next step??

Has anyone paid the loan back in full on the due date had problems.

Hey everyone. So I just got a call from someone and I searched the number on google and turns out there are tons of entries on this forum too regarding a collection agency called PDM. I just called them and explained this to them: Arrowhead Investments: Borrowed: 550 Paid: 660 Overpaid by :110 Paragon: Borrowed: 600 Paid 570 Owe 30 She went on a rant saying they'd garnish my payments right waay and it's legal to do so in new york state.

what is the function of your organization? do you give help of money to settle the debt?

I have been thinking about this a lot lately and reading the various threads and opinions. I do agree that technically speaking, a CA and JDB does not have to comply with the long list of documentation demands of the DV letter, other then to provide something from the OC. Some of the arguments about this are very strong and when it comes right down to it, it is in essence correct…they don’t have to provide all that stuff. The major response to that is in a court of law they would be forced to cough them up, but only in a court of law.
