OK peeps, here's the deal. I, like so many others, started using pdls for what I thought would be a short-term issue. Now, months and months later I'm broke, struggling to take care of my fam, and feeling like a complete moron. I know its my fault, I'm the one who didn't spend wisely in the first place and needed a short term "fix". Yes, a fix, just like a drug. Being a former user/abuser of lots of different drugs, I know PDLs can be alot like them. A short-term fix. I'm not some wage slave at some menial job, either.

Does anyone think that the 700 Million Bailout for the financial companies will be a good thing or a bad thing? Does anyone think that the CEO's of the companies should or should not receive their severence packages? The above topics were HOT on all the radio shows today so I thought I'd ask those who might be even more adversely affected by this mess what they thought.

so once again after i fax letters, contact all the guns that I can, cash today ltd calls me at work threatening to garnish my wages. Asking for my payroll dept. I faxed them another cease and desist letter, and asked to speak to a supervisor,, got someone named TJ.. didn't sound like a TJ to me, but they are trying to get me to pay 4000 on a 200 loan that was taken out many years ago. any suggestions??

There was 19.95 taken out of my checking account the payment went to medlink free trial subscription program: mycatalog when I try to contact this company at there website consumerbill.com com I get no response and the number likned to he account gets me no response, does anyone have a number for this company

I contacted impact cash the same way i contacted all other loans I had once I found out it was illegal. They actually emailed me back today! Less than 3 days (business) from the day I sent them a fax and e-mail. And here is the reply: : We are sorry to hear you have not been satisfied with your experience with Impact Cash USA. We have reviewed your loan with us and we are willing to mark the account as settled. We will not attempt any further drafts from your account. Please let us know if you have any questions. I have a loan with Rapid Cash Management. As far as I can tell they are located in the UK. I have been paying the refinace fee or $89 for 5 weeks now. They will not take payment on the loan unless I pay it in full, which at this time I am unable to do?Any suggestions on how to deal with them?
