Hello All, I need help I am in a pdl hell. I live in indiana and I have the following pdl. I am trying to get out of this without having to file bankruptcy. Can anyone please offer me soem help and let me know if these places are legal in indiana and send me a sample cease and desist letter.

My very first question is this: What do you mean when you say that a certain PDL (which all of ours are online) is unlicensed or illegal? My other questions are regarding the codes concerning TN. I understand that any loans we have will be bound by the laws in the state they are registered in..but I don't understand the following: Under "loan terms" I need help understanding the math.

State: California Type of Loans: Internet PDLs Paydaymax Balance: $1399 Original Loan: $1100 According to my loan history on Paydaymax's website, I have paid a total of $3273.81 in fees and interest only, over the last 12 months. Isn't that ridiculous? Cash Transfer Center Balance: $1905 Original Loan: $1500 I do not know the exact number of times but I have paid off and re-loaned for this same amount for over 6 months.

Hi, Please help! NCO has started calling my mother, who is 82 and has to hobble to the phone. I intend to send a debt validation letter to them when I get paid next week. Is there a way I can get them to stop calling her now? She is hoping they will tell her about my financial business, which is not what I want. I know that it is illegal for NCO to do this, since she is a third party, but they have already told her they are a collection agency. Who knows what else they will tell her? justjill3

Question, has anyone changed the personal information on an internet PDL. If I log on and change the personal information such as the phone numbers, do they keep track of previous entries. On one that I have that could default they have my desk phone and my bosses direct line. Nothing else that I am aware of. I logged on and changed the phone numbers slightly, I assume thats not going to work in preventing them from calling me. Thanks
