Question:these people have called my job as many as 7 times in one day.Additionally they have called my neighbors. I have ran 20 - 30 days behind for several months. I should be making payments for 2 months and I have made them only for one month thus I am consistently behind.they have also called my neighbors in addition to several other floors in my office building.

I am working with Care One and while on the program Chase sent my two accounts to CA's (two different ones). Care One spoke with Chase and had both accounts recalled (special situation and normally doesn't happen), which was confirmed by both CA's. Now, the one CA tells me Chase reinstated the account with their office the next day. I had called her to let her know the account was recalled and to stop calling when she said, yes I know but they gave it back to us the next day because we have a contract with them and they forgot or didn't notice. I am so confused, frustrated, and scared.

I am looking through all the posts for some answers, but also wanted to post my ?'s in one place in case someone can answer them all for me :) 1. Has anyone ever gotten Sallie Mae to settle? I owe them $$$$, have been paying them for I think 6 years and it seems like my balance isn't going down at all... 2. My husband and I have 2 cards we want to settle on. We own a house, 1 car that is paid off and another lease car. Will our house/car be affected by the settlement? If we can settle we will have no problems making the car payment. 3. How do fees work for a reputable company?

where can I find the template for the C &D letters

I have sent 3 or 4 faxes to Imagine Mastercard. These SOB's pulled my credit report with my authorization in July. Can someone please point me in the right direction in regards to follow up letter please?

Do you think this would be fine as well instead of faxing them andmail them out when i can next wk. what would you say to this, Oh also now that my acct is closed, should i NOT speak with them on the phone for any reason, and what if they contact my references even though i send the letter not to. thank you wendy

I had money deposited into my acct through acheck this morning to make it positive so i could close it. Well, when i got to the bank to close th acct they already closed it and put he remaining $150 into my savings acct because that was over a well!!! I was planning on getting the $150 back and close my acct, this was all we had this wk, since my husband didnt get a check!! I told her i wasnt aware of my acct closing, this was the assistant branch manager, she said well, it was over drawn and you said yesterday you wanted your acct closed, so good thing is, its closed!!

My husband and I signed up with PDL. We sent the 200 sign up costs, and set up ach payments for the 15th of every month for 198. Well the 15th has come and gone, and still nothing has come out of our acct. Has anyone dealt with PDL? If so why haven't they taken their money? What are they waiting for?
