Seem like some of these are sading and I'm getting nailed with wextra fees-

am i doing something wrong? looks like every thread has a bunch of spam messages?? should i be looking at a different web address? has the site actually been shut down?

This is a new loan and I've made one payment so far. I was talking to a friend of mine and she said that internet PDL's are illegal in my state. I'm thinking though that QLOOT is a legal loan since it's an installment loan. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? Thanks
