Anyone have any experience with them? They seem to be on the up and up and they're non-profit.

I am still stuck with these pdl, I have pd a couple of them off, but they just wont go away and still seems to be piling up... I was looking into cash call, i know the interest is high, but so are my pdl, i was thinking if i could get enough to pay off these pdl i would be saving almost $1000 in fees from the pdl. I think this is high interest either way, but if i coud get the funds it would be much easier to pay the $200/month compared to over $1000 in just fees i cant catch up on.

I am having a problem with a creditor. My account got 2 payments behind (it has since been caught up). Initially I was sent late payment reminders in the mail and then started to get repeated phone calls at home. These calls are from the original creditor. I ignored most of the calls made to my home but my husband did answer several and told them he would let me know they had called. They were calling my home 2-3 times a day. These calls included calls from a business line and also calls from a cell phone (which did not identify the business or caller on caller ID).

I am not sure which way to go. I realize the negitive impact on credit from the bk, but I calleda debt management co and their interest rates were higher than what I already have and can't pay. I am not late yet on anything, but it is getting down to the wire and I have to pay my mortgage. Please anyone-advice?

Do the cards remain an active account while you are repaying them so that after they are paid off you can use them again (this time more wisely)

I'm a college student with $6,000 of credit card debt. I can only work part-time and having payments due each month for 7 credit cards is stressful and hard to manage! Should I get a loan to pay off my debt so I only have one monthly payment? And where can I get a loan if I'm just a student with no personal assets (home, car, etc.)??

I paid them off a few times and got new loans.

I have no idea how i am going to pay sallie mae back, i only finished a semester at the art institute of ca san diego, because i just couldn't afford to live and go to school by myself, my father co signed on y loan and i don't wanna leave him in debt, but i cant afoord to feed myself and now i am in so behind in payments i cant go back to school please help! i also went into financial deferment which ends soon, and the payments they want are around 350 a month! -rob
