Is this a company to use to help consolidate your pay day loan

Hello, My name is Amy and I have pay day loans from hell... I have about $2000.00 borrowed but with all the interest way more than that. I have too many payday loans. I am in worse condition now then when I started... I do not know how to get these down, and they are all internet payday loans. I do not want to have to close out my checking account because I have an account with the company I work for Credit Union. Before I got any pdls I tried to get a loan from my Credit Union but my credit was not worthy of a loan.

I paid off a debt I owed to Care Credit for dental work in 2009. I have a copy of my last check with "paid in full" at the bottom. Now a third party has summonsed me to court and say I owe $789. I need to know what to do to handle this. I got a call from the third party lawyer and told him I paid this and did not owe it. I have researched this third party and learned the state of Minnesota won a judgement against them for suing people who did not owe the debts they were claiming were owed.

A while back I got a loan from , well all I know is the site that was taking the money from my account ( I do not know where the papers are I had for them back in the earlier part of this year) the site on my account says ACH-A-GOV EMP WEBGOV EMP CREDIT. I stopped the payments with my back because they were charging me 125.00 interest each two weeks and only taking out 53.00 on top of the 125.00 for principal. At this time now I would like to pay them off and I did borrow 500.00 but I feel I only owe them around 350.00 at the most without all of the interest added on.

I am tryng to get epp's for my cash 1 and check into cash loans.I called the stores and was told that they dont't do them. Both loans are tied to my vehicle i would assume they are not "payday loans". The agreement says secondary vehicle loan, not title. I am current on my payments and have been since day 1, I just want to get out of the cylcle. I live in Az. Do I qualify for an Epp for these type loans?

There was an attorney send my son a letter for a medical bill. He has 30 days to respond. Her name is Laura Tragesser, I goggled her and she works for Revenue Recovery. Just checking into options before we contact her. He is young and had a car accident, and has no clue on how to handle. If the balance is a little over 1,000. Do they have to accept payments from him or will they force the whole amount? The letter was from her not RR. It says if he does not reply or dispute they will obtain copy of judgment.WHAT TO DO?

I have posted this question a few times, but no answers. Surely someone here has dealt with Zest Cash, now Spotloan. Just wondering if anyone has successfully gotten them to stop hounding about your loan, which I believe is now tribal and illegal. Any info is appreciated!
