I've got several pdl's and I really need help, I feel like I'm suffocating! I've got 5 storefront loans out and 3 online. I'm so embarrassed, I haven't told anyone how bad this situation actually is, and I'm getting to the point that I honestly do not know what I'm going to do. I live in AR, so anyone who has been through this here and survived would be extremely helpful!!! I have checked into filing for bankruptcy, which seems like the best option since I also have other types of debt.

I'm $5000 in debt on a cc and in a position where I simply cannot pay a dime of it. I'm on SS and Disability to the tune of $1200 a month and depend on every cent of it. If I write a letter to the collection Agancey that 's trying to collect the 5000 about my situation is it their common practice to sue regardless? Thank You

I'm being sue be capital one using Zakheim and Associates. But how can capital one sue me if they charge-off the debt as per my credit report shows. The summons show capital one as the plaintiff.

I have justed pulled my report and I have 10 adverse accounts on my Transunion-3 which are credit cards through B of A-2 of them they bought out when I was on credit counseling.

has anyone here ever been taken to court by always payday in ohio?

I live in ohio. I have an online payday loan through loanpoint usa also known as geneva roth ventures. the loan as originally for $300 with a fee of $90. i have already paid them $90, however they were rolling this over every week for the fee for the first 4 weeks then after that, it as going to be the interest plus $50 every 2 weeks until the loan was paid.

I found the Freedom Debt Care website and it says that they are an active member of (BBB) (though I have not been able to find them there, maybe I'm looking incorrectly) and a charter member of (TASC) The Association of Settlement Companies. It really does sound like it could meet my needs but since I can't find them at the BBB website I was wondering if anyone else had already dealt with them and if so what were their experiences like.
