I had things on my credit report that i never disputed and now they are just gone, and i now it isn't because of the 7 year thing either :?

I have 4 internet PDL that will soon be due again next week. I can't continue this cycle of paying 3 interest fees and one full payoff. After paying on the interest and one full payoff, I have no choice but to renew the one I paid off to pay other bills. I from MS and I'm not up-to-date on MS laws for PDL. Can someone please point me in the right direction. I need to get back on track now.

Well I am having a time trying to get any kind of information on stcadvance.com. Well today, I decided to call the customer service number. A woman answered the phone and I tried to get the physical address and of course she said Malta. (By the way, her english was better than mine:) ) But that don't prove much. I then said well I was referred by a friend and I was wondering if I could apply for a loan. She was really rude and stated no-we don't take referrals.

hello, ya'll. Sorry I've been gone for such a long time. I was having some dental issues.......a severely impacted/infected tooth. Was really hurting for a while. I'm FINALLY feeling better now!! I have an outstanding balance of a tad over 6800 with BoA. THe account has had no activity in almost 2 years. I figured i might as well try to clean this up since in my state they have like 5 years to come and get me and after reading that they were the easiest to deal with i would settle. Does anyone have a letter format i can send to them or a contact number to call. I am currently in Iraq so its pretty much email or phone call. Also on an account of that amount and since no activity in 2 yrs would 15%-30% be realistic?

Okay well as many have apparently had issues with this LVNV. See they apparently bought a debt for which i recieved a 1099-C and paid taxes on as income. They way i read the law is that debt was forgiven and reported as income. While the original creditor can still report it LVNV cannot. Nor can they put it on my report(which of course they did) nor can they re-age the account(which they also did). I have sent multiple DV letters to them with no response. Now i live on a military installation so now the question becomes, can i sue them in federal court? Thinking i may try that LOL.

I am very upset about my credit card debt of 15000,i do not know which is good to free from debt ,either applied for unsecured loan for credit card debt or debt consolidation program.I did not heard any success story about debt consolidation program only heared horrible situation. Is there is any financial company in california which can give loan in my case because my credit score is 580 which is poor and repute bank in the california refuse to give loan to me . Any help or suggestion in my matter will be appreciated

What do i do about my 35k in credit card debt?

I am new to the board, and need help in resolving my Payday loan issues. I have 4 Payday Loans: 300.00 Nevis Marketing - Internet 300.00 Summit Group LLC - Internet 350.00 ameriloan - Internet 1500.00 Americash Loans - Land Based I reside in the State of Illinois I am throwing away in excess of $500.00 per month which is going nowhere. Thought it was a good idea at the time, but just got me deeper in debt.
