I am in Ohio in february I took out a payday loan with Geneva Roth. They took too much money out of my account and i had to close it. I opened a new account and they tried to take money out of my new account. They had permission to get in the old account but not the new account. My bank said there wasnt anything that they could do and that they probably would try to take money out of any account I had now or in the future. Is this even legal? And if not how do i keep this from happening.
I have a 10 year old car loan that i am getting collection calls on. (2nd or 3rd company) If it helps I gave the car back to them. Because I was unemployed at that time.
I have looked around and can not find what categorize a car loan fall into.
is debt settlement still possible in WI seems most companies wont work with us here? have found one that will and hoping it is legit, it is Superior debt relief, does anyone know anything about it at all?
I just got a second response from ameriloan the first time they were offering me to pay $160 of a $200 loan when i have already pd $150. I declined the offer and ameriloan responded back with saying they were standing by the first offer!!
Now this offer of $160 to pay they want by sept 5, i cant do that, should i try and go back again and at least see if they will agree on a different date!!
I was offereing to pay them $50 because that is all i feel i owe them, no more, since i found out the hard way they are not legal!!

There's a collection company wanting to collect and old dept from me that's over 16 years old. I do owe the money however this doesn't show up on any of my credit reports. Will paying this old debt to the dept collector be bad. Remind you this is a ghost collector.

Americash Avance $600.00 - I keep paying $120 every pay day just to keep it open, I've paid the $120.00 twice
Upfront Cash - $400.00 - paid nothing
LoanPoint USA (or centruion) -$400.00 - They deducted $120.00 on 4 separate ocassions and was never applied to original loan
Check N Go - $600.00 - paid nothing to date
I'm now overdrawn on my bank account and I don't know what to do. I came across PDL Assistance, Inc.

here is my question, i lived in the united states for years but had to come back to europe, it has been 15 years that i have been back in France, i still owe about $12000 that i have been paying every month eversince i have been back in my country, but i cannot pay any more, now my question is can i file for bankruptcy from france? if not can i be sued if i don't pay my balance??
