I'll keep this short since I posted in the forums before on this same subject - this is an update and new question though. I have been going back and forth with Cash Call/Western Sky for 2 months - involved the FTC, CA Attorney General and SD Attorney General.

I got a nasty nasty call from someone at TRS. When I requested something in writing via US Mail she got all sorts of crazy... I told her to not call me ever again and hung up. She immediately called back and asked to speak to a supervisor or HR dept. I told her I had neither and hung up. I cant believe these people are a legitimate CA. And the funny thing is the company she was calling in regard to I had sent an email with a repayment plan and they never responded at all. I did receive an automated email saying thank you for your payment in full.

Hello all, brand new here, I lurked for awhile and decided I had enough with the lenders and fees eating my paycheck every 2 weeks. Thought I would post here for advice. I have some online payday loans and I am curious to know which ones are legal and what I owe them. I have 3 payday loans, one with netcredit for $600, one with mobiloans for $500 and one with Great plains for $1300. I have been caught in this trap for months until finally it gets too high of a payment and I have to beg borrow and steal to pay them down, only to end up at the same place weeks later. I am in Wisconsin and I believe we are not protected at all and payday lenders can do what they please here. Is there any advise someone could offer? I also have a western sky/cash call loan i took out to get out of this and still ended up with the same problem again!
