do you also do personal loans besides credit cards

We have had trolls in the forums who raise insinuations to break the unity of the forum. I am creating this topic to answer all the past insinuations. I request the moderators to refer the trolls to this topic next time they insinuate something that has already been answered. If it has not been answered then we will use a member only forum to discuss the insinuations that is being raised. After the discussion we will add one more question here along with its answer.

Hi, is there a certain amount of debt you have to have to have someone negotiate your bills? I have three bills, but I haven't worked in a while, and couldn't find work, but just started, but it's hard. One is about 400 dollars and the other two are about 800 each.

A person had poor credit resulting from several defaulted/charged-off credit cards. Some of the accounts got sold to JDBs and lawyers, while others remained under the collection agencies of the original creditors. The records stayed in the person's credit reports for 7 years before finally being removed by the CRAs. Question: Will it be "safe" for this person to start re-establishing his credit history by opening new credit card accounts and paying on time?

I think it is important to have a platform to allow people to ask difficult questions and require me and other moderators in the forum to be able to answer those difficult questions. Because of two reasons: 1. Transparency creates trust. 2. These difficult questions act as constructive criticism and allow us to become better. But the current system that we have is not working since an anonymous poster can come to our forums and use multiple identities to carpet bomb our forum with multiple insinuations without proofs. Do all debt consolidation plans close out the credit cards they are consolidating? I would like for my credit cards to be "frozen" and their limits dropped, but not closed out. I've had some of them for 10 years!

I just heard on the news that the payday loan lenders turned in more than twice the amount of signatures for it to be on the November ballad.

I moved out of a house I was renting because I couldn't afford it anymore. Now I'm being sued. I don't have the money to pay what I owe the landlord. Can they garnish my checks? What can they legally do to me since I can't afford to pay the debt?
