Hi Guys, Found your forum and had a few questions. I have MRS associates out of NJ whom i am paying monthly for a private bank student loan debt. 1.) Do they have to provide me with a monthly statement legally? I will pay them and then not get an updated balance? 2.) Can i negotiate a settlement amount with MRS? I simply cannot pay them as much as they want me to per month or i wont eat. Thanks!

I am so sick to my stomach...I have been digging and digging to get when I opened up some of these loans and to find info on them so I can email them and such,. I can't find anything on CMG group for an email. I did find the original contract and it also has OSL Marketing INc on it...and I found out I took it out in 11/07 and pf $1800 on a $300 loan. I'm sick! Can anyone help me with an email for them??? Something? Please :?

I don't mean to aggressive, but so far no one here gave a straight or a clear answer. There is answer always follow a try to get help with debt consolidation companies. Please, a very simple question for those who went through this and are willing to help others here. What are the first steps to get out of debt. What types of letter should a person write to warn creditors that they are saving money to settle a account and what are the best ways. I am in NYC, but in general. Please straights from those who are willing to help.

In November of 2007 I borrowed 200 from Cash Net USA located in Miami FL. I made 10 bi-weekly payments of 50$ =500. Actually I believe this is a 300 overpayment and they should be owing me but you know the story. I closed my checking they turned me over to collections. I reported Cash Net USA to the BBB and AG in Florida and MN they didn't respond to any of the complaints but the collection agency continues to bother me and says that I wrote them a bad check even though it was a faxed voided check and they already received 300$ more than they shoudlve.

I am in the process of setting up a payment program with Zwicker but the want to set up post dated bank drafts for the next few months. Is this a bad deal? Seems like they wont deal unless this is established. Its an account i use for this purpose and is funded when needed Just hate being in this position where someone drafts payments.

Has anyone heard of Paradisecashadvance.com or International Equity Group? I am trying to email them a C and D letter along with how much I have overpaid them since I really sat down and looked at my bank statement.

I have 5 loans and live in illinois. have several payday loans out and i simply can not pay them anymore, they are killing me. I have placed a stop payment on them which did not work, so now i want to close my account, but i am scared of getting in trouble, Taht Travis Watson guy is already calling saying he is INVESTIGATOR Watson and if i dont pay a certin amount next week, i will be served on my job and be made to appear in court in austin tx. What do I do ? Close the account, check into pdloans assistance programs that you pay so much a month, or pay nothing else? I am so confused!!!!
