There are a few terms in the PDL contracts that I could use some clarification on if anyone can help on it. I'd appreciate it. First .. "You also authorize us to verify all of the information that you have provided, including past and/or current information. If there is any missing or erroneous information in or with your application regarding your bank, bank routing and transit number, or account number, then you authorize us to verify and correct such information. You acknowledge that the origination of this ACH transaction to your account must comply with the provisions of U.S.

I really need some advise. I have many payday loans, which I am NOT proud of and want to close my account with my bank but the bank is telling I cannot because some of the transactions have not posted. Today 2 of the PDL's posted and now I am overdrawn!! I did open a new account somewhere else but now I am worried that when it comes to my payday, I will have these other pdl's getting into my account and causing all kind of overdraft fees. Any advise on what to do? I sure am open to anything right now!! Thanks.

I got a phone call back from FTR this morning. Informing me that my loan had been zero'd out on 08/26 due to goo payment history. I would say so, I had paid over $1000 on a $200 loan. I asked for a letter, he was very nice said they dont send out letters but he would email me letting me know my loan had a zero balance. Here is the email I got: From: customerservice (at) pdlsupport.com To: Subject: loan at ftr Date: Wed, 27 Aug 2008 08:39:35 -0500 On aug 26 2008 your acct balance has been zero'd out. Your loan had been in good standing for several months.

I hope i did the right thing. we were behind on our mortgage july and august and my bank offered a mortgage forbearance which is new to them, they are doing this to help prevent people from losing their houses. What it does, if not familiar, it wont refinance, it just takes up to 3 payments that you are late on and spread that over the loan for a yr or possibly 2. I did it for one year. the only thing about it is that if we are late they dont have to go through a 30 day letter, they can go right to forclosure. So that scares me about mortgage forbearance.

My husband has been sued by cap 1, he's currently setting up a payment arrangement with them but they won't send anything in writing until they get a payment. Does anyone recommend filing an answer with the court even if he starts a payment plan with the attorney collecting for cap 1?

i just got another call about adding another payday loan. I couldnt understand the guy, i made him repeat himself 3 times, till i finally asked what type of business this was he said pdl i hung up immediatly!! Now i am just hoping they dont have my information and try and give me $$!!

Hi all, I thought everything else was cleared up, but I had forgotten about this one. During my PDL stint *cough cough, I had several checks bounce due to my accout ending up in the negative from PDLs. All but two places sent the checks through twice and they cleared the second time around. The other two immediatly sent them to collections. I had spoked with the collection agency and agreed to pay $20 a month to pay them off. They said they would mail me an agreement. They never sent the agreement, and I forgot about it in the chaos of everything else.

Can someone please tell me if the internet based company fast and reliable cash is able to legally operate in the state of Texas? Thanks

I received a summons thanks to Sif... I contacted another company to help and they came back with an offer from Amex attorneys (Mass based) for full amount with lump sum down, 5 payments and then negotiate balance in 5 months. No different then a judgment i would think as they are including an agreement for judgement. Is this a bad deal??? Do i go to court or get an attorney?
