do you make monthly payments to my creditors or put it in savings until the entire negotiated amount is accumulated?

what happens if you were in a sales contract to sell your home and also in an agreement with the lein holder who has put a notice of default on the property and the day before funding you decide to file chapter 7

I took out a loan with this company called united cash loans and they are ripping me off slowly. They took 90.00 out of my acct on the 22nd of Aug and i didnt have enough money in there so they charged me 30 plus my banking fees of $25. I then emailed them and told them not to take anymore out until Sat the 30th and they didnt listen and took money out again today and i didnt have any money in there and the same thing, 30 plus 25. I then called them and the guy had no clue as to what was going on and brushed me off.

Hello All, I currently have a student loan from Direct Loans in default. I have been avoiding them because i was in a bad situation, but now im starting to get my feet on the ground again. My balance is somewhere between $2800-$3000 (assuming with interests). My question is: Do you have any idea how much my rehab payments will be for the first 9-12 months? and how much they will be after that? As of right now i' am comfortable making a $50 payments but am afraid they will want more and i cannot afford anymore than that. Thanks everyone! :?:

Worldwide Asset Purchasing has had a summons issued in VA court regarding a credit card debt with an SOL of 06/07/08. The summons is dated 8/19/08. Is there a defense here? Also, they filed against me last Jan. 08 but the claim was dismissed because they could not validate. Now, on the new summons (also a new filing) there is an affidavit from a Worldwide Assets Attorney Relationship Manager from GA stating the debt is valid and that she can testify to it. Although, I dont know how. One of the documents attached shows the SOL as 6/7/08. I dont get whats going on.

Has anybody ever gotten call from this number. Just had a missed call from them and when I did a google search not much came up. One sight said they got a call and somebody demanded their credit card number. I'm thinking a scam or something.

I received a reply from a CA stating the following: We are unable to locate the debtor/account by the information you provided. Please call our office (number), or fax additional information to (number). Thank you. As far as information listed in the letter, I gave my name address, and the account number shown on the credit report, although it has Xs it in. EX: 555XXXX is shown on the report. They should be able to look me up by name, correct? Is this enough to file a dispute with the CRA or is more correspondence needed? Thank you!

Sorry if this is in the wrong spot, but I don;t know where else to ask. My brother-in-law works for us, and well, he has and still does make some poor choices regarding money issues. He ignored a summons (yes I told him not to and offered to help him with info since I found this site) but he shrugged it off & said "eh let them garnish - whatever I don;t care" not the best attitude - ok - so I know they got a judgement, cause he asked me to look up the court docket for him (he has no internet) it said that they are checking assets.

I was wondering if anyone has filed Chapter 128 in the state of Wisconsin for their payday loans. I was considering doing it and was wondering how it works?
