i just received notice im being sued for a cc that was settled in 2002 but mrs will not sent me papers saying it was settled

I have taken a loan with the Payday Company above and can not find a phone number or website for them. I have lost my job and really need to get with them. The name in the subject is how it is coming out on my bank statement. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
