I have probably three pay day loans and I can't pay them right now. What can I do?????

I'm new here, just wanted to say hello and introduce myself.

I have taken out tons of payday loans in which to pay my bills. It was not for extra spending.. however, right now I dont have the funds to pay them back... my phone is getting blown up day and night and they are even calling my employer. How the heck do you get them to stop calling my work and my cell phone? What options are out there for me? I did mostly online pdl and 2 storefront. total debts? No idea. but it's alot! Over 1k. :( Im so embarassed please dont bash me.

Do I have any rights against these terrible loans we had to take out?

Anyone successful in settling a retail credit card account with CitiFinancial? One settlement company says they won't settle--another says they will. I don't know who to believe.

Love the site...I had originally talked to some guy named Sixfert or something like that back in April. (if you know the background on him, you know I can't bring myself to go with him any longer) He told me to hold on and not contact BofA until 5 months later. Then settle. I have not made a payment since. (he told me the 5 months wouldn't start until after May...not sure about that) I haven't heard a peep from BofA. Maybe one or two calls at the most.

I have received notice that I have been sued in district court here in Texas for an old credit card. They list the DLA as 06/06. Is it too late for me too attempt to negotiate some kind of repayment terms?

Well sort of, lol....I have made agrangements with two of my payday loan compaines for payment plans. :) How do I tell the other payday loan compaines I can't do any payments with them till I get done with the other two, lol!

Our small, 15 year-old business has been failing for 3 years now due to our retail trade of big-ticker, non-necessity items and the poor economy, etc. We can't even make enough money to cover the lease on our business property. Lots of our estimates, tax payments, and inventory purchases went on to credit cards. I also had knee replacement after 5 years of mini-surgeries, etc. and those expenses went on credit cards. I hate just letting a payment go on a credit card as we have NEVER done that before. But, nonw we don't have the money to cover everything!
