Has anyone ever dealt with Phoenix debt management? Has anyone been served papers by these people or wage assignment. I can not afford to pay what they want me to. But I don't know what to do they keep calling my office and not my home phone. I can't not deal with them right now. I was told Friday I had to send them 367.00 attention to the owner Charles Lawrence of the company or they would just proceed with the paperwork because they are attorney's and it would be very speedy. Hi --- Currently I have 3 EPP's set up on 3 storefront loans (Check N Go, Check Into Cash & Quik Cash). Two of them I have made 1 payment to and the 3rd I have made 1 payment to. My question is -------- what happens if you default on the EPP? I get paid once a month and I am going to be short on payday to pay them all in full. Plus another loan that I had defaulted on is insisting that I have to pay it off by my pay date to avoid further collections. I do know that this company will go to court for civil action.

I have asked Asset Acceptance (via certified letter) to prove that I owe a debt that they claim that I owe and they have not been able to prove anything. I’m at a roadblock I’m not sure what to do next. I’ve given them a 30 day deadline to provide proof. How do I get this off of my credit report? I’ve been searching your templates for an idea the last letter I used was from your website which has been SO helpful!!!! But I’m stuck. How do I get these people to go away for good this time! They haven’t a leg to stand on!

I would like to know how i sm to start. Do I just stop paying the bills and start saving that money in a seperate account. Which accounts should I pay first and which ones can go longer? Do I start with the highest balance oor the strickest creditor? I just need to talk to someone.

How can I reduce the balance of my home of $250,000.00 when its worth $144,000.00 on the market ?

Does anyone know that if you put money on a prepaid visa using direct deposit can a creditor debit that card like they can a regular checking account. Netspend will let you do a direct deposit of your paycheck but i am afraid to do this because I have had 2 different accounts zapped by Geneva Roth so i stopped my direct deposit and dont have a checking account anymore. Please Advise? Thank you.

I am from Massachusetts. I am on Social Security Disability. I am worried about a debt collector and if they can take my car. My state law says if it's worth more than $700 they can. What do I do? Is there a Federal Law that would state a higher amount that I can use? I used my Social Security money to buy the car and it's worth about $2,000. I didn't register it yet and the title is not in my name right now. They already have the judgment against me and I go to the payment hearing next month, which I already told them I am on disability but they didn't care.

What I'm looking for (a long shot, I know) is a request to delete a negative mark that was already paid through collections. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
