Sending this letter to these pay day loan company does it really work getting them off your back

i am trying to down/up load a avaatar image in this site. in the profile section. i am having problems, my picture is gif but the site says it won't accept it inless its gif. frustrating, or its says that it has to be a certain size. i don't know the size. its smaller than half of the other pictures on the site. does your site computer hate my computer. why is the site computer picking on my little ole dell lap top. just because you have more ram than me is no reason to bully me around. don't make me sic my mouse on you, it won't be pretty.

Is there a debt consolidation company that will help with debt under 2000?

I had a person from Cashplus in arizona call and tell me they are sending a sherriff to my job to serve me. I only borrowed 250.00 from them and have made a payment two weeks ago and told them I would make another payment next week but they will not wait. I am so scared. What can I do?

Hello! I am 24 years old, I graduated from college last year with a degree in English and I am now starting a nurse practitioner (second baccalaureat) program. I have $13,000 in credit card debt at various interest rates. Until now I have kept afloat with a part-time job, but the program I'm starting this fall is accelerated and will not allow me to keep a job. I should graduate in two years. What are my options? Has anyone ever received a refund from Apple Payday Loans? I live in the State of Colorado, took out a $500 pdl from them and have since paid them $1909.45 since December of 2007. I had drafted a letter to them asking them to mark my account paid in full, but not sure if I can ask for a refund of some of my money. Although, I am the one who took out the pdl in the first place and will be happy if then just mark y account PIF. Thanks!

OK.. Cash Transfer Centers - back in July I paid it off. Still I got a call from a Ms Ross and another guy stating I still owed 281.00. We went round and round. He was rude, obnoxius, asked me questions that shouldn't be asked etc. Anyway, I received a letter prior to those, saying Thank you for paying off you loan with us, you are now eligible to refinance and loan, etc. I faxed and register lettered a letter to CTC, I attached copies of the PIF's I received from them, highlighted the loan numbers.

can you company help me if I have a loan and credit card with the same company?
