i would like to know what to do because i have took out a payday loan through north cash and boulevard cash and now they have a person calling me saying that there going to press charges on me because i didnt pay them but they where supposed to take it out of my bank but i am guessing they never did so i dont understand how i can fix this i dont know why they never took there money out of my bank please help

i have been getting multiple calls from multiple companies who will not identify who they are with but saying litigation is being filed against me and that i will be served with court papers. now i could potentially have unsettled debt out their with payday loan companies and my question is there a way to find out what i could potentially owe? i was so embarrassed with everything that was happening and dug myself such a huge financial hole that was easier to pretend it didn't happen.

I been getting several calls CBE group number one day happen to listen to voice mail,they mention about Tami,my ex wife for over twenty years. So knew then no business of my . so i dont answer the call. but they keep calling,I e mail her sister about the matter. What i do just nothing a way to inform the company of the matter not my bill.

The IRS sent me a message that i owe $742 for a debt that Arrow Financial has cancelled. I don't remember that amount. I settled on my cc's after my business failed. Has anyone had the same problem? i don't want to ask in case the SOL is still pending and they can come back and try to collect even though i don't remember the debt

Closing my bank account is not an option at this time. Should I just stop the draft and then try to work with them? How much notice do I need to give for the stopping of the draft?

So I sent ACH letter to Dollar premier; advised of already paid $300.00 on a $500 advance. Willing to pay the $200.00 (exactly) on 12/24/12.. Had requested ACH block with WELLS FARGO, the account they deposited into...so what do the do? Tap my BofA account for $449.00; $149.99 and $49.99..WTH?!?!? HOw can they do this? I a;ready called the Bank but are thsy just going to jump from account to account?
