My brother has 3 pdl from the internet here in arizona, they are.. 1. Cash transfer Center 2. ameriloan 3. united cash loans each for 300.00 he lost his job and he cant pay until he gets a new one..what are AZ laws for internet PDLs

I'm getting phone calls from 6:30am until 9pm Mon-Sun and not just one or 2 i'm talking about one right after the other all day long from the same company..so far today on a sunday since 6:45 on my phone i have gotten 8 calls and its only 10am

Just a little info i learned from my bank this month. I went in to close my account and he told me that most hard blocks work but they have been seeing more and more PDL places have found ways around the holds by changing the money amounts by a cent and it gets around the block.

December 1, 2007 I posted a check for my mother for her Visa account. I made this payment in full to collection agency Titan Management Services LLC. The check was cashed but I did not receive a confirmation. This week my mother received a new claim for the same debt from a different agency; Island National Group. Could you advise how we should proceed with this? Many thanks! David

I have 10 payday loans out. Wait, it gets worse. I never told my husband, the person who is supposed to be my partner, I have been paying on some of them for 2 yrs. I guess the real reason why I never told my husband is because of his temper and illness. I have 3 small children and just wanted to avoid a fight. I seriously thought I could get out of them and I came close several times, but something always comes up. I went to the bank today and placed 2 types of stop payments on them, one against the company and one for the check itself.

If you go with a debt reduction company, how do they calculate your monthly payment to them?
