Has anyone worked with Town And Country Acceptance Corporation and finished out the contract? My husband and i are working with them but the pay day loan people are still calling and saying they do not work with debt management companies. But town and country assured me that they will handle everything i am just getting nervous that it's not going to work out and then we have waisted more money and got more behind. Is there anyone out there who can calm my worries. I would appreciate it.

I am trying to do letters to the illegal companies: MTE United Cash Loans One Step Cash PayCheck Today I am a little confused though and don't think this sounds like it is the right letter. Remember, I live in PA so even those these companies are illegal, pdl's are legal in PA.

I live in the state of CA. I got my first PDL early this year. Every paycheck since has been eaten up by PDLs as I got caught in the cycle that so many on this site have. All of my PDLs are internet based, no storefront. I have found through researching this site that most of them are operating illegally. What does that mean for me exactly? I have paid beyond the principal+15% (the legal limit for my state) on the majority of my loans so what recourse do I have now? Tomorrow I plan on closing my bank account and giving a wage assignment revocation letter to my payroll department.

Hello Everyone. I also am in a payday loan nightmare. I have 3 pay day loans. Where do I begin to get these resolved. I did close account but not sure what will happen when they try to draft out because my bank left open only a certain amount for some pending charges. I live in texas by the way. I have CashNetUSA, ameriloan, and OneClick cash! I've definitely paid enough in fees to pay these 3 off. Any suggestions to where I should begin first before all the harassing begins? I was wondering if anyone had some advise. I am currently $100k in credit card debt. I am not past due on any payments and have very good credit score, but my income to credit ratio is pretty bad. I am feeling overwhelmed and not sure how much longer i can continue to pay minimum payments (which total about $2200/mo) I don't have enough equity to cashout or refinance. I am feeling choked. Should I continue as I am, contact a debt consolidation company, would they even help me since I am not late on any payments? Should I file bankruptcy? Any advise would be good.
