Has anyone ever worked with these people and who are they, I received an email from them this morning and have no clue as to who they are, if anyone knows anything on them please let me know, I will even paste the email from them on here.

Calls from a Outfit in India 407 771-0978 representing CHASE17 years 9 months ago After getting 8 to 12 or more calls a day to my cell phone I was able to track down the fact that this is a company in India that CHASE is using to harass people that have fallen behind on their credit card payments! It is also apparently being done out of India to circumvent United States Federal Trade Commission Laws wherein one can request that all communication on such matters be done by means of WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE ONLY, wherein such a request, by law, must be honored, and which I have requested!!! But CHASE HAS TOTALLY IGNORED!!

Also, how do you find out exactly how much you've paid. I know the obvious of going back through bank statements but I don't keep them. Can I call the company and find out that way? What are your thoughts.

U.S. National Bank Fraud17 years 9 months ago received a phone call today 8/12/08 from this number(818) 530-1886. I spoke with gentlemen named Matthew who he was calling on behalf of U.S. National bank started reading over the phone a legal affidavit against me and said that on Wednesday 8/13/08 there will be a judgement against me for not paying back a payday loan. He had all my information address, last four of my SSN#. He said that the sheriff would be picking me up from work and taking me to the courthouse on Wednesday 8/12/08.

so here is my question...i spoke to my husband today..he works in brazil, and told me he will be working one week over (he works 28 on and 28 off), and by working this one extra week, he will clear about $4,000 extra...that will pay of the two big pdl's that we have...and one small one...if we pay these off, we will be in great shape.
