I have 10 payday loans that I am behind on I want to know how would I go about putting them in to one to pay them off all together I need help!

I owe $60,000 in charge cards from renovating my house. Because of my income to debt ratio being on the flipside, I am unable to secure a personal loan, home equity loan from my own bank. I have seeked another lender who does not follow guidelines and still cannot get a loan. I pay evrything on time and was only late on one mortgage payment but otherwise everything is good and my credit is good. I just need to secure a loan to consolidate my debt so I make one big payment a month and know I can pay this off within 5 years!

Any suggestions? Or do lawyers do settlement? Or do they only do BK? Thanks

After seeing about this on this website I decided to try and see if I could find it. I did find it and was surprised at the ease. I am currently up to date with my payments but this month my payment was 2 days late and thus my interest rate went from 2.99 % to 24.99 %. I have called and was politely denied any assistance. Minimum payment went from $145 to $253. So I went to the website and entered my plea. I am a nail technician, self employed, and currently business is slow. What else could I say? Again I was politely denied any assistance.

Hello all. I've avoided bankruptcy for 7 years now but due to divorce and paying uninsured medical bills for my daughter I am 25k in credit card debt. My debt to income ratio is 84%. The card companies are all starting to raise interest rates even though I'm current. Things are really tough but I can't face bankruptcy. Any ideas would be appreciated

Hi there, Spoke with Discover yesterday. I had a 5K balance that turned into a 7K balance (thanks, James) with fees, etc. that I think I have managed to settle for $3200. Thing is, I have never done this before (James screwed me and stole thousands, having done nothing to earn it while wasting months and months doing jack) so I am a bit skeptical that I will be in the clear once I pay it. If they provide me a letter that states that my obligation to Discover will be settled-in-full upon receipt of the funds, does this mean that they will not attempt to collect the rest of the debt?

Toyota Financial is charging me extra interest for extention on my loan. On the contract it does state payment will be highteert than the fianl payment dislosed in the retail contract but does not state the additonal amount. my payoff is $3400 but the are saying I owe $5200
