I live in Texas, and have 5 PDL. All were down through the internet: CashnetUSA Loan900, Paid 675 CashAdvance Network Loan 400, Paid 360 EZPayDayCash Loan 350, Paid 365 The Cash Spot Loan 500, Paid 250 First Bank of Delaware Loan 750, Paid 840.56 which ones are legal in this state? Which one are PDL? I would like to know what the laws are in the state of Texas. all information I have found is a bit confusing.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around all the stuff I've read on here so if I am missing some info let me know, just looking to see how I should go about this... I live in PA and right now I only have 2 internet loans open.. Cashnet usa for 400, paid 200 so far in interest only paydayone for 500, paid 312.50 so far in interest only now I have had other loans with cashnet and payday prior to the current ones and don't know if they tie into the ones I have now.... 2 for cashnet with one being for a 100, paid off for 125 and another for 200 that ended up costing 450 when all was said and

Hi, I hope I'm doing this right. I have 3 internet payday loans. Can I put a stop payment on them because we both have direct deposit, get paid this Thursday 8-14 and can't possibly get our direct deposit stopped in time. I checked and these are the people I am paying. Note in each case I've already paid them more than what a one time payback would have cost me!

I am filing for Chapter 7 next week and I have a an attorney on retainer. So anyways today I get a letter from Bass and Assoc. So I called them, one of them threatened me and didn't believe I had an attorney...I called my attorney on a three way call, during which she said nothing and listened to this idiot threaten me etc.. After about 5 minutes she came on the line and the Bass Assoc. rep started crying, then she apologized and transferred us to an actual ATTORNEY who stuttered around and hung up with the promise I would receive no more contact from them.

Date of last updated was was 12/2006 some one pleas explans what is "date of first delinquency" and "Date major delinquency first reported " and what is "Date of last updated " and in FL that is a bad debt? what is statue of limations in FL

I hope someone here can help me. I live in NJ and work in PA. My wife had breast cancer and things got tight. I wound up with seven (!) PDLs. After I got the last one, from East Side Lenders, a draft was presented to my bank for about $40, which I hadn't authorized. I called the number on the draft and was told it was for a net **** site (I do not frequent those!). Got the bank involved (NJ) and they put a hold on my account and opened a new one. What should I do about these loans?

Do you think that this is a good service? Did you shop around before joining?

I live in South Carolina and have three store front payday loans and two internet loans. I am struggling on making payments and are unable to make the payments. I currently have three extensions but know when they come due I will not have the money to pay them. Here is a list of them. Internet Magnum $450.00/$171.00 every two weeks. Think Cash $908.58/ $98.43 every two weeks. Advance America $600.00 plus $90.00 in intrest. Check n Go $600.00 plus $90.00 in intrest. First American $600.00 plus $90.00 in interest. What options do I have?
