I am still trying to figure out how to stop overpaying this company. I asked them for a copy of my signed loan agreement, as I never saw one, and this was their reply:
Unfortunately, we do not have the facility to provide a copy after the fact, which is why we prompt all customers to either print a copy, or take a screen print, at the time of application. However all information about your loan, as well as a list of FAQs can be found on the website. And if you ever need more information, or cannot find an answer you need, feel free to contact us via the Help Center as you have used here.
