I just received a call from Mr. Mike Wilson who claims to be a mediator between the courts and me. At least that was what he said the first time he tried to explain himself. He kept trying to get me to verify my address with him. I kept asking him what was the name of his company but all he would tell me is that he is a mediator. I then asked him on whose behalf is calling, what agency or company hired him to be a mediator regarding Providian. He said CRS sent me information regarding this debt but I refuse to pay and then he tried to verify my address again.

I recieved a letter from mapother & mapother about a debt of over $5,000. I called and they couldnt pull up anything by my name address ssn or DOB. only untill i gave them the case number that was on the letter did they pull it up and the ssn and dob where off. they said it was a debt to chase bank. I have never had anything through chase bank. Please help

I have read that they are required to be licensed in the state, but, it is hard to figure out how to check their license.Could you tell me if the following companies are licensed in this state? United Cash Loans, Boulevard Cash, and Integrity Advance. United Cash Loans= borrowed 200, paid 425 and still owe 65.00. Boulevard Cash= borrowed 300.00, paid 180.00, still owe 300.00 iadvance= Borrowed 300.00, owe 390.00 I have closed my bank account and now the calls and threatening texts have begun.
