I just received a phone call from WAm telling me that my husbandd opened an account in 2008 with T mobile, it was openeded in Idaho. The amount is 1,900.00 We have NEVER had an account with T mobile, we have never lived in Idaho, my husband was in Iraq duirng the time they say the account was opened. It is fraud, now they tell me they will send a fraud packet to my house I have until the 5th of Dec. before this is reproted on his credit report. How can I get this stopped long enough for me to receive the fraud packet, get the police report filed, etc.

i filed chapter 7 bankruptcy over 2 years ago my lender would not re affirm my first or second mortgage but i have continued to live in the house and make pmts, the house is worth approx 120 i owe 148. my question is if i walk away will this in any way affect my credit since we didnt re affirm? thx

I sued my now evicted renter . Back then she promised back pay for child support(childrenareadults), back pay SS if approved or her car. One judge was awaiting the ss results, the next vacated this judgement since neither ss, nor child support nor a car of low worth $4000 could be taken. Which judge was right?

i got a reprieve from cash call after i said i would no longer pay them. it said do you need assistance in bringing your account current and get a fresh start with cash call? if i gave them $295 they would bring my account current by january 1,2013. is there anybody who has taken this to the end..i mean where they either settle with the principle or is it an on going fight? does anybody have a positive outcome after stopping payments.?

On Sunday I applied through 100 day loans. I understand that it sends out your information to different lenders to match you up and they will in turn contact you to offer you a loan. From reading different reviews you will be bombarded with emails and phone calls from different lenders. Well here I am almost 48 hours later and I haven't received any emails from legit lenders. Yeah I know when it comes to payday loan lenders the work 'legit' and be a loose term if you know what I mean.
