I need a phone number for Performance Capital Management. I cant find their # anywhere

I live in California and have 6 pdls out. How do i find out if the 2 internet ones are legal? They are with Cashspot and Cashtree. But they both are run by American Consumer Credit i believe.

Since I am in the teaching field, I do not receive a regular paycheck during the summer months. That is what started my saga just about a year ago. Ever since my divorce, I had struggled to get my credit back into shape. I was doing pretty well until last summer when I had some unexpected expenses and my "savings" would not keep me up to speed. I was so afraid of letting some bills run a little late that I thought just one PDL would help me out. As we all know, one leads to two, two leads to three and so on and so forth. I thought that once school started again, I would be okay.

Does anyone know how many inquiries is considered "TOO MANY"? 4? 10? more? And do the ones that are between 0 to 1 year hurt you MORE than the inquiries that are over 1-year up to 2 years? And if the SAME company has "inquired" a person more than once, do EACH of those runs hurt you, or is the same company running you (even if it is 6 times) not a big deal?

Is it ever smart to borrow from a 401k or ira for dept settlement so that you have the funds to settle before chargeoff? Thanks

if you got sued by a company and you were never sent a warrant in debt for the court appearance and only found out after it had taken place- isn't that an infringment of your rights? Aren't they legally obligated to present you with documents??

I have received calls at work to the point where the person from National Financial Systems is using fowl language with my co workers that answer the phone and won't let them talk to me because I can't receive calls at work. I almost lost my job this week because of this. I finally got ahold of this collection agency today and the man I spoke with was very rude to me which doesn't suprise me because what he has done to the people at my job. I told him I could only pay $50 a month and he said that was un acceptable and then just sat quiet on the phone. I said well how much do I owe.

I'm bipolar, and opened up 10, payday loans, I had to close my bank account, because of identity theft, and that is against company policy, now, combined, they want over 1100.00 , I'm on social security disibilty, and only get 1138.00, a month, rent, first is 500.00 Ihave to buy my medications, and must pay co-pays to every doctor that I GO TO, PLUS 30% Ihave to pay for some procdures. What can I do?

CAN SOMEONE ADVISE IF ANYONE RECVD A CALL REGARDING TAKING LEGAL ACTION ON PAYDAY LOANS AND HOW THEY WENT ABOUT IT. PLEASE HELP
