Meant to post this here, not in debt management - sorry! Does anyone have any information on the following companies? I have a loan with each of them and I'm trying to dig myself out. I know I've paid quite a bit on each one, but trying to find out if they're even legal in the first place, I live in CA and they're all internet loans. Thank you in advance your help/advice!

I closed out my account and tomorrow 2 of my pdl will try and go through, my bank that they have an ach block on my old account. Is there anyway that they can try and take the ach out of my new account?

Has anybody used them? or has anybody done debt settlement and do they feel it was worth it?

I am in California, does anyone know if AmeriLoac and the LoanShop are able to offer loans in California? I am having an issue with ameriloan as far as their fees are concerned. They keep telling me they are sending me payment e-mails, but at the three addresses I have provided I have received nothing and they keep taking fees nothing towards my balance. Any ideas?

OK I had a judgment against me from LVNV Funding and now I have to go to the payment hearing in September. I recently got approved for my SSDI,Which only took 2 months to get approved. I was on welfare before that. They can't make me pay or take my Social Security money can they? I heard I was income exempt. What do I do? I do plan on declaring bankruptcy as soon as I find an attorney with either low fees or pro bono. I don't have to pay the court fees, I am exempt from that. Any help would be great.

Okay so on nightmare begins. I posted previously that I had an internet loan from PayCheck today. I borrowed $400 and paid all but $40 of the PRINCIPAL just in fees. I sent my letters and emails and recieved a call yesterday from a Mike J at ARM of Florida (Accounts Recievable Managment of Florida). They left an 877 number and I spoke with an Anthony, he told me hat I would be sent to court and possibly jail. I called him this morning asking for a debt validation letter and he got upset. He said he would send an email with all the information I requested. Have not recieved that yet.

I have a 2 pdl loans from two different companies huskhawk group and vince enterprises. I was reading posts on here about the huskhawk group saying that they take more out of your account and that there are no direct ways to reach them I don't want to have them keep taking more money than necessary I read that people closed their accounts and had the bank stop payments and let it go through a credit agency so I guess I'm wondering should I tell the bank to stop payment or should I let them take the money out of my account

So I defaulted on my loan about a month ago and have sent quite a few letters to them. (Top of my head, I don't remember what I owe on principal, but now what they are saying in this letter. I think I borrowed $400 and have paid around $200 back) They had never responded, just kept trying to call me at work. So now I finally get a letter from them: Quote:
