Does anyone know where I can find court records in dallas online? The only thing I can find only includes a "Abstract of judgement" which does not say if it was a default judgement or not. Any help? Just curious what the dfault judgement rate is in dallas for unifund. Thanks!

I'm trying really hard to get my report up to speed. I just got out of default rehab with my student loans so that will look good. I am about 6 months in to debt management program, but unfortunately all but one of my 5 accounts on there are collection accounts. So how does the reporting work with those people? Does anyone have any advice on how to go about removing those kinds of negatives? Also, I have one account that seemingly is confusing me...it's my 1 credit card account appearing on there. I opened the account in February of 2000 and first went delinquent later that year.

I joined PDL Assistance and paid them $200 on June 2 to join the program. My first payment of $198 was due to them on July 7. As of today, nothing has gone through my checking for this amount. Has anyone dealt with the company before?
